What We’re Looking For
  • Connecticut P-2 (or higher) license required; S-licensed techs with strong plumbing experience also considered

  • Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop

  • Ability to work independently, run jobs, and mentor apprentices

  • Strong high-end residential experience (service + remodel/new construction); light commercial a plus

  • Gas piping experience is a must

  • Pride in workmanship, attention to detail, and a “do it right the first time” mindset

  • Professional with customers and a team player with coworkers

  • OSHA-10 minimum preferred; brazing, hydronics, or controls experience is a plus

What You’ll Do
  • High-end residential service, remodels, and new construction

  • Rough-in and trim for kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms

  • Water heaters/boilers (install/support in coordination with our team)

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and communicate clearly with customers

  • Keep jobsites and van clean, safe, and organized
