Just used MVP Plumbing & Heating for the first time to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. Mary and Millie keep the office running smoothly (just as important as the plumbing part!). Millie is absolutely outstanding in managing scheduling and providing timely and responsive customer care. Matt, a fourth generation plumber and principle of MVP, fixed the issue quickly and was generous with his expert advice. I've been a homeowner since 1980, and over that time have engaged multiple contractors of different specialties, some excellent, some not so. But one of the biggest frustrations for us customers with any contractor is poor communication. Most of the time, it's because the contractor is also trying to respond to customer calls in the middle of on-site projects. MVP has figured this out and understands that it's important to let the contractor do his work while the office manages customer communications. Accordingly, Millie kept me updated on scheduling and estimated arrival times for Matt, which was exactly as scheduled and promised. She also went above and beyond by reaching out to plumbing distributors to find best quality replacement parts for my project. Also, MVP assigns each customer a portal where they can access a history of their projects and invoicing. This is unique among any contracting firm I have used, large or small, and I find it very useful. Note: due to an industry-wide shortage of qualified licensed plumbers, you may need to wait a bit longer than you would like until an MVP plumber is available. But again, trust that Millie will know how to prioritize service calls based upon the urgency of each customer's project. MVP is doing an oil to propane furnace conversion at my house, they have been very professional and have answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Update: Out with the old in with the new!  We couldn’t be happier with the service Matt Villegas and his team at MVP Plumbing and heating provided!  Look at that system and the neatness of the installation just awesome 😎 Update 10/18/24:  It has been a year since MVP installed our furnace and I have to say  I couldn’t be happier our house feels warmer and the new boiler (running on propane @ $1.99 a gallon) cut our heating bill in half.  Matt came yesterday and cleaned and tuned it to make sure it was ready for the winter. I can’t say enough nice things about Matt and his team at MVP plumbing and heating.
