MVP Plumbing & Heating is a growing residential and light commercial plumbing and heating company based in
Fairfield County, CT. We handle everything from service calls and repairs to full system installs, renovations, new
construction, and expanding commercial work—no two days are the same.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help bring structure, accountability, and
efficiency to our day-to-day operations.

Your Role Will Include
  • Managing day-to-day field operations and supporting the team
  • Working closely with the office to assist with scheduling by providing accurate job durations and field insight
  • Supervising field staff and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Following up on completed work to verify quality and scope completion
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Gathering material lists from technicians and coordinating pricing or passing information to the office
  • Communicating with contractors, homeowners, and team members to gather and relay critical job information
  • Acting as the bridge between the field and the office
  • Leading meetings, toolbox talks, and check-ins
  • Holding team members accountable
  • Implementing and improving systems
  • Utilizing and optimizing ServiceTitan or similar software

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a strong plus
  • Plumbing or heating experience is a plus, but not required
Important

This is a hybrid role. You will have an office at our shop and will also be expected to be in the field regularly.
Strong time management is critical.
