■ $75,000–$95,000 annual salary, based on experience.

■ Preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial plumbing and heating projects.
■ Performing material takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
■ Estimating plumbing, hydronic heating, gas piping, and mechanical system installations.
■ Reviewing project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
■ Soliciting and evaluating supplier and subcontractor pricing.
■ Identifying scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
■ Communicating with homeowners, general contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and project managers throughout the bidding process.
■ Working directly with ownership to improve our estimating systems and support the company’s long-term growth.
■ Required: Previous plumbing estimating experience.
■ Hydronic heating estimating experience is a plus, but not required.
■ Strong ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
■ Exceptional attention to detail.
■ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
■ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
■ Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and construction documents.
■ Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus in the estimating department.
■ Positive attitude with a willingness to continuously improve
