Job description
We are seeking a Plumbing Apprentice with 3-4 years of experience and a proven track record of excellence in the plumbing industry. This is an opportunity to work on various commercial and residential plumbing projects and contribute to our continued success.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of apprenticeship experience.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Dependable and punctual, with a history of meeting deadlines.
• Honest and trustworthy with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
• Detailed-oriented mindset.
• Must have proven experience as a Plumbing Apprentice.
• CT driver's license required and must have a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and safely maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Under supervision, conduct plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks efficiently, accurately, and precisely.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using a wide range of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Work towards obtaining relevant certifications or licenses.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Communicate with team members and office staff throughout job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized van and work area.
• Upload detailed reports on the dispatching system including materials used, receipts, and before/after photos.
