Job description
We are seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced plumbers. You will assist in plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance, gaining exposure to various plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This is an invaluable opportunity to develop your craft while contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Operate and safely maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Under supervision, conduct plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks efficiently, accurately, and precisely.
• Work towards obtaining relevant certifications or licenses.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Communicate with team members and office staff throughout job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized van and work area.
• Upload detailed reports on the dispatching system including materials used, receipts, and before/after photos.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled or be willing to enroll in a plumbing apprenticeship program.
• CT driver's license required and must have a clean DMV record.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with precision.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites (100% travel required).
